These Terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, which provide additional information about orders, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds. We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. However, actual product colors or appearance may vary from images shown online because of lighting, photography, display settings, device settings, or other factors.

Product Availability
Product availability may change at any time. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not necessarily mean that inventory is permanently reserved for you.
If a product becomes unavailable and we cannot reasonably fulfill an order, we may need to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been processed, we will handle any applicable refund in accordance with the circumstances and our applicable policies.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website may change from time to time. The price and purchase information presented during checkout before an order is submitted generally apply to that order.
If there is an obvious pricing, product-information, or system error, we reserve the right to correct the error. If an order must be canceled because of a clear and material error, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and process any applicable refund.
We do not intend to use an error-correction provision to arbitrarily cancel ordinary orders.
5. Orders and Payments
Placing an Order
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products under the terms and purchase information presented during the checkout process.
An order submission does not guarantee that the order can ultimately be fulfilled. Order status may depend on product availability, payment authorization, fulfillment status, address information, and other applicable circumstances.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and handle the order appropriately, including providing any applicable refund where payment has already been processed.
Payment
You must provide valid payment information and have the right to use the payment method submitted for the purchase.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Payment processing may be subject to the applicable terms, procedures, and security practices of those providers.
If a payment fails, is declined, or cannot otherwise be completed, an order may not be processed or may require an alternative valid payment method.
For your security, do not send your full credit card number, password, or other unnecessary sensitive payment credentials through customer service communications.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Our shipping charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Current shipping terms include:
- Orders under $185 are subject to a $7.98 shipping fee;
- Orders of $185 or more qualify for free standard shipping;
- Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days;
- Shipping may be handled through DHL or UPS;
- Estimated transit time after shipment is generally 5–8 business days; and
- Tracking information is generally provided after dispatch, although carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.
Processing time and transit time are separate. These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, transportation disruptions, operational issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and other necessary delivery information. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery problems, returned shipments, or other delivery-related issues.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation if you contact us promptly. Whether a cancellation can be completed depends on the order status when we receive and review the request.
If an order has already entered processing, packing, or shipping-related fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible, even if tracking information has not yet been provided.
Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled directly under our Cancellation Policy. In that situation, you should allow the order to be delivered and then review the applicable return options under our Return & Refund Policy.
If an eligible cancellation is successfully completed after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will generally be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.

8. Returns and Refunds
Order cancellation and product returns are separate processes.
If an order has already shipped, it generally cannot be canceled directly under the Cancellation Policy. After delivery, you may request a return or refund if the order and product qualify under our Return & Refund Policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Return eligibility, return procedures, refund conditions, return shipping responsibilities, and other applicable requirements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our return procedures is intended to restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
